Darren James 'FOX TAILS' Press Release!


Daniel Matthews Associates is incredibly proud to introduce you to this exciting and wonderful new childrens book 'Fox Tails' written by our very own client 'Darren James' and we're really excited to be working along side 'Penguin Publishers' on this project.


Darren has been a client with DMA for over 5 years and together we have produced 4 (music) singles, written by Darren and Produced by Daniel Eric Matthews. Darren has been an established singer / songwriter in the entertainment industry for nearly 40 years. He also has 4 Degrees in Law. This multi talented guy who has been writing music over the last few years and is now fulfilling another ambition, becoming a children's book author.

So, it’s our pleasure to introduce you to his debut book 'Fox Tails’. The story is about an orphaned fox called Charlie, after his parents are killed he is all alone and meets new friends in the forest. He then gets captured by the farmer and his friends mount a rescue to get him back, and so the adventure begins. Can Charlie and his friends find their way home?

"The inspiration came from watching the Wind in the Willows with my children when they were young, and imagined an animal as a hero. That's how Charlie was born” We hope all of the children enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it "Darren James"
